Phonak is the largest hearing aid technology company in the world. Being so it services thousands of audiologists as well as maintaining it's own retail organisation with hundreds of audiology shops. The core product is hearing aids and Phonak is highly innovative in providing solutions to the hearing impaired.

For Phonak I have helped set-up and roll out two startups. The first start-up was a retail POS solution we bought from a US tech startup. We adapted the software for many international markets and implemented it in hundreds of audiology shops world wide. After the build up phase Phonak decided to sell the international division back to the original founding company.

After this succesfull project, I took over the e-Commerce channel as well as the Logistics channel and the technology lead of another startup for Phonak. Phonak Sounds was using the experience and R&D from the audiology division to create high-tech earphones, and with this, not only produce a very desired hi-fi product, but also expose a much younger market to the Phonak brand.
