Kühne + Nagel is one of the world's leading logistics and transportation companies. It employes thousands of logistics and transportation specialists in over a hundred different locations, in a heavily standardisation and compliance driven market, forcing a controlled and documented training setup. This poses many challenges to a central training department, and my job was to automate processes within this domain.

During my time with Kühne + Nagel I improved the existing training management platform, as well as managed the implementation of a customized e-learning module which enabled the capability of blended and guided learning. A test suite, including a management 360 performance feedback tool, completed the desired testing and appraising capability set-up for the central training department.
