m-way - CTO

Since m-way opened it's first electric mobility retail shop, the acceptance of e-mobility in Switzerland has reached an all-time height. In the mean time the concept has been on the market since years and has succesfully launched more then 20 shops throughout the country.

As a CTO from the start, I have been responsible for building up the operational IT as well as the engineering team. We were able to get a stable infrastructure set-up rather quickly and supported the expansion with a stream-lined IT rollout package. Further, the engineering team helped support business with fast prototyping and implementation of new capabilities as the business model evolved very quickly during the first few years.
