MSc Artificial Intelligence

During my studies in Artificial Intelligence I have focussed on machine learning technology and robotic automation. Many of the topics I learned I still use on a daily basis.

In an effort to show the effects of emotions on undirected behaviour, I implemented a robotics simulation based on Rodney Brooks' subsumption architecture. But instead of direct input output, I implemented a layer of low level 'emotions' based on the somatic marker theory from Antonio Damasio. This resulted in behavioural patterns indicating clear behavioural change due to this layer.
