I am an active CTO, working on my own startups, but I also work as a mentor / coach / sounding board for other CTO's, engineering leadership and product management leadership or as a tech advisor for boards. I also sometimes support as an engineer or innovation lead on interesting innovation projects.
Where I can contribute most is when you need support with your digital transformation, when you wondering how you can make your software development more efficient and effective, if you would like to be able to see more value from your tech organisation. I support with the analysis, concept and implementation of re-organisations in tech organisations, digital transformation initiatives, building new tech business units, as well as setting up new startups.
