VIU - CTO

VIU is a very innovative former start-up in the direct to consumer designer eyewear market. Since it's founding it has seen amazing growth and a fast international expansion handling an omnichannel approach. To support this, innovative new solutions are needed for supply chain management and logistics, but ofcourse also for the complete customer interaction.

As a CTO my role has been to lead the digital transformation, define the tech vision and build and lead the tech team, both on the operations side as well as on the products and engineer side. We have seen a fast growth in maturity of the organisation and in order to provide the required technical maturity we have fastly transformed the tech department into an efficient organisation focussed on delivering value to the company's core capabilities.
